Alan Blom is the Broker in Charge and Senior Advisor with the Anston Group (“AG”) Charlotte, SC office. Prior to AG, Alan was a Vice President at Lincoln Harris, a commercial real estate firm that is part of Lincoln Property Company with offices in 22 states. Mr. Blom was also the President and founder of the commercial real estate firm, Capital Real Estate Group. His company, founded in 2006, was a full service real estate firm focusing on brokerage, consulting, property management and project management in the Carolinas. Prior to founding Capital Real Estate Group, Mr. Blom was Vice President with the Binswanger Companies, one of the largest full service commercial real estate firms with over 72 offices across the world. Throughout the course of his real estate career, Mr. Blom has been involved with over 4 million square feet of successful Medical, Office, Flex and Retail projects.

EDUCATION AND AFFILIATIONS

• Alan played Division I soccer at the University of North Carolina at Asheville before transferring to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business.
• Alan is a CCIM member and in the process of receiving his Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.
• Alan was recognized by CRCBR (North Carolina) as both a Gold and Silver award winner.
• Alan is a licensed Broker in both North and South Carolina.
